Who We Are

XGCG is a New York City based firm which was founded in 2002 by former FBI Supervisory Agent Rodney M. Davis, President & CEO. We are comprised of a professionally licensed and fully credentialed team of seasoned veterans in the fields of law enforcement, criminal law, anti-terrorism, executive protection and personal security. We have a combined level of investigative experience and security expertise of 200+ years. Our staff is fully trained in the fields of counter-intelligence and threat assessment.

Our international services include background checks on expats as well as investigations on global hires in order to ensure your recruitments are not on "terror watch-lists" or have provided misleading, falsified records, or untruthful information and statements in their employment applications.
